Tracey Coghlin received a District 17 local grant to support the Confident Children out of Conflict program in Juba, South Sudan. District 17 member Joan Banbury has been a long-time supporter of this program, that allows children to attend school through donations that pay for school fees, supplies and uniforms. Education is the key to future success for these children.
